| Q: I am active duty military or an civilian government DoD employee, do I need to register or pay? |
|
| A: All individuals planning to attend the symposium are required to register. This is necessary to ensure adequate logistics planning to cover seating, parking, symposium meeting materials, attendee badges, food etc; therefore, your timely attention to this vital detail is essential and appreciated. Active duty military and civilian government DoD employees are not required to pay for the symposium or symposium activities with the exception of the golf tournament. You will be required to present appropriate identification of the same when checking in at the on-site registration. If you wish to participate in the Golf Tournament, the Golfing event is a “pay for participation event” and will require payment. Additionally, the Golf Tournament is a part of the Requirements Symposium event, so registration to the symposium is required in order to participate in the Golf Tournament. |

| Q: What is the refund policy? |
|
| A: If cancellation is requested prior to
29 October, a full refund will be made (this does not include the golf
tournament). No refunds will be issued after this date. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING PLEASE. Address (e-mail) cancellation requests to: aic_rs2011_receipts@wrcoc-aic.org or wsuckow@warner-robins.com. | Q: May I make substitutions for attendees that have paid? | |
A: Substitutions of attendees may be made without additional cost. Substitutions may be made by taking the following two actions: 1. Having the new, substitute, person register on-line, without making payment. 2. Contacting via email aic_rs2011_receipts@wrcoc-aic.org or wsuckow@warner-robins.com and providing the name and organization of the original attendee and the person being substituted. A confirmation will be returned when the substitution has been completed. PLEASE NOTE: The symposium
committee cannot guarantee that substitution requests received after 5 November can be processed before the symposium. However, substitutions are still acceptable after this date and will be accommodated during pre-symposium registration and/or during the symposium. |

| Q: I may want to pay by check or cash instead of using the on-line credit card. What should I do? |

PLEASE – DO NOT SEND CASH VIA MAIL. Cash payments must be dropped off at the above Chamber of Commerce address before COB on
5 November, otherwise bring payment to the pre-symposium registration or symposium. |
