What Is the Cost? Cost for this event is $300.00 ( U.S.) per person to attend.   Active Duty Military and Civil Service DoD Personnel must register but may attend the symposium for free – this does not apply to the Golf Tournament – (please see Golf Tournament page for details on fees for golfing).   EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT:  If you register AND payment is received before close of business on 21 October, the cost for this event is only $250.00.  Please be advised that this $250.00 Price is offered to accommodate early registrants only when payment is received before COB on 21 October .    
What does the payment cover?   Payment covers all requirement symposium events including the Networking Social planned for 5:00 - 8:00 PM on 15 November at the Air Force Museum in Warner Robins. Payment also covers an on-site continental plus breakfast and lunch each day of the symposium.  Additional details on the networking social, meals, and the symposium may be found under Frequently Asked Questions and the Agenda web pages.
How is the best method to make payment? The preferred method of payment is by major credit card during the on-line registration process.  During on-line registration, credit cards accepted for payment include Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as Debit Cards having either a Visa or Mastercard logo.  In the unlikely event of web payment problems, credit card payment may be phoned in to the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce, phone # 478-922-8585. 

What are the other methods of payment: Three other methods of payment are listed below:

  1. Payment by check or cash: Payment will be accepted by check if mailed to arrive by 28 October, or by cash if delivered to the Chamber of Commerce in Warner Robins, Georgia before 5 November.  If payment cannot be made before these dates, please bring payment to the pre-symposium registration or to the symposium.

  Make checks out to:  Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce/AIC (If one check pays for multiple attendees, please include a note with your check payment to identify the names of the individuals the check is paying for).
PLEASE -- DO NOT MAIL CHECKS AFTER 21 OCTOBER  UNLESS YOU CAN GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON/BEFORE 28 OCTOBER   since we cannot guarantee a record of your payment when you arrive at the event. PLEASE – DO NOT SEND CASH VIA MAIL. Cash payments must be dropped off at the above Chamber of Commerce address prior to 5 November.  Otherwise bring payment to the pre-symposium registration or symposium.
 

2. Pre-Symposium Registration:  A pre-symposium registration event will be held on 15 November, from 12:00 noon until 4:30pm at the Air Force Museum of Aviation Century of Flight Building.  This is an excellent time to avoid the crowds and register, pick up your badge/symposium materials, and/or make payments prior to the busy morning of the symposium. Plus, while at the museum, visit the Aerospace and Defense vendor booths and stay for the networking social starting at 5:00pm.  Payment at pre-registration may be made by cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as Debit Cards having either Visa or MasterCard logo.  For additional information about the Museum, please visit their web site: http://www.museumofaviation.org

  3. Payments Made During the Symposium: The first morning of the symposium (16 November) is extremely busy and all efforts should be made to avoid having to make payments during the event. During the event, payments will be accepted by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa, American Express, as well as Debit Cards having either a Visa or MasterCard logo.
