SETUP: Exhibitors will be allowed to setup
their booths beginning at 1:00 pm on Monday, 14 November. The Century of
Flight Hangar will be
open until 7:00 pm to allow for ample time for setup. The building will be open at 8:00
am on
Tuesday, 15 November for exhibitors to make final preparations.
TEARDOWN: The exhibit hall will close at
8:00 pm on Tuesday evening, 15 November.
Teardown can begin at that time. Additional teardown will be done the following
morning, beginning at 8:00 am.
All booths must be removed from the Century of Flight Hangar by 1:00 pm on
Wednesday, 16 November.
GIVEAWAYS: Companies are permitted to hold giveaways for people who stop by their booths. If you wish to have a giveaway, please
notify Rob Belknap prior to the Vendor Fair.
All giveaways will be announced Tuesday night at 7:45 pm.
Freeman Decorating will be helping with booths and they will send all
exhibitors an exhibitor’s package thirty (30) days before the
start of the symposium. Any additional services or supplies
can be arranged by contacting a Freeman Decorating representative.
